Our VIP Program

Clients who have reached an hourly billing threshold can become eligible for the flat-rate VIP Program. Our Virtual In-House Partnership (VIP) Program offers clients the ability to staff a virtual in-house legal department for less than the cost of hiring even one full-time attorney. By taking advantage of Clarity's flat monthly rates, our clients enjoy the benefits of having a broad-based legal team on staff, but without the headache of directly hiring and managing employees.

Each VIP Program is tailored for a specific client's needs. Our cost quotes are generally in line with the full cost of hiring a staff attorney, but with greater flexibility. For example, a particular VIP client might retain Clarity attorneys for the following:

  • Dial into weekly management meetings to develop situational awareness of the client’s business.
  • Manage corporate formalities and records.
  • Manage intellectual property matters, including registering trademarks and copyrights.
  • Perform internal due diligence to ensure legal compliance.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
